Memorial Library will offer a
4-week session of our popular Yoga course.
Join us on Saturday mornings for calming hour of stretching
your body and mind. Classes will be taught by certified instructor
Jay Shah and will cover basic Hatha Yoga techniques.
Beginners are welcome and classes will advance gradually
over the course of the 4-week session.
Patrons should bring a yoga mat or towel and wear comfortable clothing.

Please note: Registration is required as space is limited *and will require a $10 participation deposit, which will be refunded in full upon attendance of a minimum of four of the six classes*. East Rutherford residents will be given first priority. BCCLS card holders from outside East Rutherford may call the library to be wait-listed. IF space is available 48 hours prior to the start of the course, those on the wait list will be contacted and offered the opportunity to participate.
The $10 cash deposit must be made at the time of in-person registration.
