Looking for something fun to do with the family? The library is now offering FREE museum passes to the American Museum of Natural History. These passes include free admission for one person to the Museum and one temporary special exhibition, IMAX film, Space Show, or Seasonal Live Animal Exhibit. Voucher-holding library patrons will also receive the discounted Members’ rate on additional special exhibition tickets they purchase that day. Don't forget that every Friday afternoon the library offers classic movies for free in our meeting room. The movie starts at 2:00 each week and refreshments are served. Check the Classic Movie Fridays page for upcoming films.
We had a great time today in Mrs. DiLascio's Geometric String Art class! This craft took a bit on concentration and was surprisingly relaxing.
Summer programming calendars are out! Please check the Children's & Teen Events and Yoga for Young Adults pages for more information. Sign up for the summer reading program will begin Monday, July 8.
Children's Librarian Anna Coats led 4 panels at BooksNJ, which was held at Paramus Public Library. BooksNJ featured 80+ authors for all ages and from all genres, readings, panel discussions, storytelling, facepainting and crafts for kids, book sales and signings. It was a wonderful Sunday family event. We look forward to seeing you at BooksNJ again next year!
