Ken attended programs on eBooks and New Jersey libraries, services for Spanish speakers, building video game collections, and planning for the Library's expansion.
Anna co-chaired the panel discussion "Conversation Starter: How to Handle Difficult Behavior in the Children's Area" and held the poster session REFORMA: The National Association to Promote Library & Information Services to Latinos and the Spanish Speaking.
